I am an actor, writer, and audiobook narrator (among other things). I am a literary omnivore with an enormous weakness for science fiction and complicated, smart women. If I'm not working there's a good chance you'll find me painting, hiking up the side of a mountain, buried in a book, or attempting to learn something new. The number of hobbies I've wandered into over the course of my life are too numerous to count.

When not performing, I can be found teaching in a classroom.

My personal philosophy: I believe stories have enormous potential to provoke change, and reflect culture back on itself. I am proud and inspired by the artists and entertainers around me that have used their voices to create positive change in the world, and count myself lucky to work with them.

I think humor is an incredibly persuasive tool to bring people together. I like mine like I like my chocolate: dark with some chili powder.
